Berkley Brady

Berkley Brady is a  filmmaker based out of Calgary, Alberta, who got her start in film through a Telefilm initiative in 2006. Since then, she has played a lead creative role in several short films that have screened all over the world, including Sundance and Berlin. Her most recent film,  Gladys, a short which she co-directed with Michal Lavi, is about a 92-year-old singer, and premiered at this year's Calgary International Film Festival. Berkley has her MFA in Film from Columbia--with a concentration in directing--and is currently seeking funding for her first feature, an adaptation of Joni Murphy's critically acclaimed novel  Double Teenage.
